Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

Gratuity is automatically added to parties of 5 or more.

No matter the party size, guests are allotted the 2-hour time limit as soon as the party is seated. If someone in the party arrives later, they will not be granted more time.

Parties of more than 8 people must make a reservation by calling the restaurant directly at (832) 742-6899.

Parties of 50 or more must pay a 25% deposit before the reservation is confirmed. Please email management@shabuen.com for more details.

If there is a table preference, please let us know in the 'special requests' section while booking your reservation.

Round tables are not guaranteed because of party size, please call to confirm.

For larger parties, tables will be side by side or in the same section. We cannot move or push tables together.

If a guest pushes a table and causes the induction to turn off or break, we will not compensate for "time lost".

​A 10% discount is offered to Seniors, Military, and First Responders (Police, Fire, & EMS) with valid ID.

We kindly request guests to inform their server of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing any orders.

Your server will be delighted to help you with your hot pot, please refrain from direct contact to maintain your safety.

For the safety and comfort of all patrons, children must be accompanied by adults throughout their visit.

For holidays, all meal charges will be dinner price all day.

Children under 4 eat free, only if they are sharing. If they receive their own pot, they will be charged accordingly.

The vegetarian meal charge has broth options of Shabu En Signature, Shiitake, and Sukiyaki. Seafood from buffet is not included.

Please refrain from bringing large strollers onto the restaurant floor. You are more than welcome to leave them at the host stand, but they are not allowed at tables unless they can and will be collapsed. This is to prevent tables from being pushed, and any injury from tripping and scalding hot soup to guests and employees.
